Among the first purchasers, Wendy and Len Youzwyshyn of Ontario, Canada will break ground on their Hacienda Campestre home in January. The Youzwyshyns bought their first Los Cabos condo in 2004. “When our friends from Canada come to visit they are astonished and impressed by everything Los Cabos has to offer,” says Wendy. When the Youzwyshyns decided they needed more space for their growing list of visitors, they looked at a number of properties before finding Hacienda Campestre. “I had golfed on the course before and loved it,” says Len. “We decided to have a look at Hacienda Campestre. When we walked into the model home we were blown away. The quality of workmanship and materials used and the general design of the home were perfect for us. It looked like the contractor had built it for himself,” he adds.
The ability to add our own touches to the home played an important role in our decision to purchase at Hacienda Campestre,” says Wendy. “We chose the lot and floor plan we wanted, then added optional upgrades. The sales team’s openness and ability to listen to our needs made all the difference. They took a keen interest in making us happy and were very fair in pricing for options and upgrades.”
